Zero Dark Thirty - noun. a very early morning hour, implying an unpleasant time to be awake. It's a military term for 30 minutes after midnight, read on a 24 hour clock: 0030. Hours between midnight and 10:00 am are read as "oh“ or “zero”.
Zero Dark Thirty is a Medium-Dark Roast, so you'll taste some of the fruit and floral notes along with a little of the dark roast smoky flavor. This is a single origin specialty coffee from the Huehuetenango region, one of the main coffee areas of Guatemala.
